A monthly snail-mail subscription offering calm, gentle letters, affirmations, tea and keepsakes for your healing journey.

Who is it for?

It’s for those recovering from emotional or narcissistic abuse seeking quiet support.

This may be for you if:

• You've experienced emotional, psychological or narcissistic abuse

• You often doubt your own memories or reactions

• You want support on your terms & without sharing your story

• You prefer quiet, offline healing tools

Is this therapy or crisis help?

No, this is not therapy or crisis support. It’s a gentle companion on your healing journey. Its supportive and reflective resource meant to compliment (not replace) your professional or personal healing supports.

How discreet is it?

We use neutral packaging and billing to protect your privacy completely.

What will I receive?

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription without any hassle.

What if mail isn't safe for me to receive?

Your safety comes first.

The return address and packaging are discreet. The name does not reference abuse or trauma.

However, if receiving mail could put you at risk, you could consider having it delivered to a friend or neighbors' home or your workplace. Your safety always comes first and if you don't feel safe receiving it, trust your gut, you may need to wait to start receiving your subscription.

Can I cancel anytime?

One reflective letter focused on a monthly theme to help you on your healing journey, journal or thought prompts, a grounding or nervous system reset practice for self care, one caffeine- free herbal tea sachet and occasionally one special keepsake extra.

All contents are designed to fit through standard lettermail via Canada Post.

What if I'm still in contact with the person who hurt me?

Many people receive these letters while still in contact or while navigating complicated situations ( co- parenting, work, family). Nothing in The Quiet Letter Club requires you to leave, confront or make decisions before you're ready.

Where do you ship?

We ship all across Canada and the continental USA, if you're outside of these countries send us a message and we'll see what we can do!

Will the tea be the same every month?

You'll receive a different gentle herbal tea each month. All teas are caffeine - free and chosen for their calming, comforting and simplicity.

Ingredients are listed on the sachet. If you have allergies, please read the label before consuming.

How is my privacy protected?

We are abuse survivors too, we take your privacy and safety very seriously. Your mailing address and payment information are kept private and are never shared or sold. Mail is sent in plain envelopes with a neutral return name.

What if I miss a month or forget to read it?

There's no catching up required.

Each letter stands alone. You can read it weeks, or months later or not at all. Nothing bad happens if you fall behind.

What if a letter brings up strong feelings?

That can happen, we're all at different places on our own healing paths. What feels safe for one may feel too challenging for another in that moment and that's okay.

We encourage you to pause, ground yourself, and seek additional support if needed. Many times things that feel challenging today may feel just right to explore again in weeks or months. It's okay to tuck the letter away for another time. If you're really feeling affected always know help is available, crisis resources will be listed discreetly on the website.

We have designed our month mail to be gentle, trauma informed and focused on growth and compassion for one's self so it should be gentle enough for most survivors.
